Front Cover Designs - Studio Brief 03 - OUGD504

Due to having an induction into laser etching on Wednesday, I thought it would be best to experiment with what cover designs would work best by asking those around me for their opinion and to gather more of an idea of what kind of symbol represents my concept.

Of all the people that looked at all of the outcomes everyone but one person said the simple 'N / W' was enough, the other liked the detailed compass the most as it depicted the concept through an icon rather than just type.
